well equipped room, clean and tidy environment, lovely balcony view

The back area feels neglected, almost a scrappy parking lot!!! The bed barely stays put on wheels, and there are no soft surfaces in the bathroom to avoid breakage!!! A little more attention to detail is needed throughout!!!

Chur, we had a solid stay with the family! Clean room and handy kitchen facilities, but the shower over the bath was a bit dodgy. Still, great location with lovely harbour views!

a delightful stay with an amazing view of the marina. The spacious Panoramic Harbour View King Room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Although the exterior needs some upgrades, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout.
